My pick for this week is a feature in Skype for Business where you
can ask it to alert you if someone’s presence changes. If you need to
know when a colleague turns up this is a fantastic feature. The result
is an MSN Messenger style toast.
Instructions
- Find your colleague in Skype for Business
- Right click their name
- Choose Tag for status change alerts
